El jurado ha se\u00f1alado el coraje de este proyecto que aspira a romper el muro del silencio, alrededor del cual se practica la tortura en Marruecos, dando la palabra a las v\u00edctimas. Un tema donde se encuentran personajes fuertes, y que sigue siendo muy pertinente y de actualidad.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>RESUMEN DEL PROYECTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Entre los a\u00f1os 60 a los a\u00f1os 90, la tortura ha sido convertida en sistema en Marruecos. Decenas de millares de personas han sido arrestadas y perseguidas por su opini\u00f3n o asuntos sin car\u00e1cter pol\u00edtico. Constituida en practica, la tortura era enarbolada como un acto de venganza con relaci\u00f3n a la oposici\u00f3n pol\u00edtica y como una amenaza que ha tenido \u00e9xito en aniquilar toda veleidad de contestaci\u00f3n de la monarqu\u00eda. Estigmatizados como traidores de la patria, los \u00absujetos insumisos\u00bb eran separados de la sociedad y detenidos en lugares secretos.
